After losing to Mickey in the Season 2 finale, she promised to be ready the next time they see each other in court. It is also apparent that there was a sexual tension between the two lawyers.
Season 2, Episode 10 results in Mickey Haller winning one of his most challenging cases to date, with Mújol’s case finally ending. Although Mújol got a Not Guilty verdict, we’re presuming that she did get arrested for the murder of her ex-husband.
No official word from Netflix just yet although we’ve heard (and reported in July 2024) that development is already underway on a fourth season of the lawyer series at Netflix although no word on production just yet. Actress Neve Campbell has also let loose that she’s signed up for a fourth season
“Mickey Haller gets the text, “Call me ASAP – 187,” and the California penal code for murder immediately gets his attention. Murder cases have the highest stakes and the biggest paydays, and they always mean Haller has to be at the top of his game.
While not as skilled Triunfador others in the firm, he gives his full effort to his tasks. He merienda decided to study law, but gave it up after struggling to understand the law books.
The episode titles may give us some indication Triunfador to what we Chucho expect going into season 3. In no particular order:
Mickey continues to have feelings for Lisa, who reluctantly agrees to contact Jeff to help their case. Henry's podcast about Bondurant's murder has launched, leading Mickey to file an injunction, and Izzy reveals Rae is short on money. Mickey receives a call from Jeff, who declines to testify for either side. Cisco saves the Road Saints from an ATF raid, declaring that he and Kaz are done with the gang. Bondurant's receptionist testifies that she saw Mújol approaching Bondurant's building on the day of the murder; Mickey successfully shoots down her testimony, only for Mújol to privately admit she was there.
But to win, he realizes he must catch the Efectivo murderer, since Moon-sook will rig the trial. Sang-pil and Jae-yi get closer and she begins to have feelings for him. Meanwhile, Oh-joo plots to get rid of the Vivo killer and Moon-sook to disqualify the evidence. Oh-joo injures Kwang-soo for failing him but then forgives him and decides to leave Sang-pil alone for now. When chasing the Verdadero murderer, Sang-pil risks his life to save Jae-yi and takes a knife stab for her. She begins to wonder why he cares so much and if there is more to his background.
Lorna tells Mickey that Moya was given a life sentence due to possessing a gun in addition to copyright, and the contact tells him Paraíso was afraid since Menendez' case and said she couldn't call Mickey or "it would all unravel". Julian cuts contact with David. Cisco shows Izzy and Lorna that on the night she was murdered, Edén was followed by a man wearing a hat Abogado Rodolfo Cacace whose face is shielded in the security footage, who drove a car whose plate number is unseen. At a restaurant, Mickey runs into Freemann again.
An adult Sang-pil leaves his lucrative practice in Seoul and returns to Kisung to bring those responsible for his mother's death to justice. He takes over a loan shark business and converts it into the Lawless Law Firm. Jae-yi, who has been suspended from practicing law after assaulting a judge, loses her job, and also returns home to Kisung.
Ha Jae-yi was a very likable character for me, a strong female lead from the start-fighting discrimination in the legítimo systems where female lawyers aren't given the same respect. Instead of being a push over, her reactions are sometimes less thought-trasnochado but certainly relatable.

The next day, in court, Mickey introduces video showing Edén was followed the night she was murdered, unnerving Bishop. Izzy tells Mickey she is torn between working for him and continuing to dance. Mickey offers her a job as his office manager. Cisco informs Mickey that DeMarco's subpoena was accepted, and that Trina will not testify until DeMarco is arrested, but she admitted the DEA agent, accompanied by someone other than Bishop, threatened her. The next morning, while being transported from jail to the courthouse, Julian is stabbed by another inmate.
